यूपी: लैपटॉप वितरण की बना डाली फर्जी वेबसाइट
इस
वेबसाइट के बारे में न कोई शासनादेश प्राप्त हुआ है और न ही शासन की ऐसी
कोई योजना है, जिसमें युवाओं को लैपटॉप और टैबलेट के ऑन लाइन आवेदन मांगे
गए हैं। जल्द ही इस मामले में जांच पड़ताल कराई जाएगी।

उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार की लैपटॉप वितरण जैसी महत्वपूर्ण योजना को अब साइबर क्राइम करने वालों ने अपना निशाना बनाया है। साइबर क्राइम से जुड़े शातिरों ने एक फर्जी वेबसाइट www.upgovtablet.in तैयार की है और इसके जरिए एक योजना के तहत आवेदन मांगे जा रहे हैं।
स्थिति यह है कि कुछ साइबर कैफे संचालक इसके तहत काफी विद्यार्थियों के लैपटॉप और टैबलेट दिलाने के नाम पर फर्जी रजिस्ट्रेशन कर रहे हैं, जबकि सच्चाई यह है कि शिक्षा विभाग के अधिकारियों के मुताबिक इस तरह की वेबसाइट शासन की ओर से तैयार नहीं की गई है और न ही ऑनलाइन आवेदन की व्यवस्था है।
इंटरनेट पर चल रही एक वेबसाइट पर लैपटॉप एवं टैबलेट वितरण योजना 2013-14 लिखा है। अब तक 78 हजार से ज्यादा रजिस्ट्रेशन इस वेबसाइट पर हो चुके हैं।
इस वेबसाइट पर यह भी लिखा है कि यह योजना हाईस्कूल, इंटरमीडिएट, स्नातक, परास्नातकोत्तर और प्रोफेशनल कोर्स के विद्यार्थियों के लिए लागू है।
इस वेबसाइट पर रजिस्ट्रेशन पेज उपलब्ध है और उसमें डाटा फीड कर रजिस्ट्रेशन किया जा रहा है। साइबर कैफे संचालक इसका जमकर इस्तेमाल कर रहे हैं।
कुछ कैफे संचालकों ने इसके लिए 30 और 50 रुपये रजिस्ट्रेशन शुल्क भी निर्धारित कर रखा है, जिससे इनकी मोटी कमाई हो रही है।
जो विद्यार्थी लैपटॉप और टैबलेट लेने के इच्छुक हैं, वह लगातार इस पर आवेदन करा रहे हैं। इस फर्जी वेबसाइट की अभी तक न तो शिक्षा अधिकारियों को जानकारी है और न ही शासन प्रशासन को।
