नई दिल्ली। मलेशियाई विमान में सवार 283 मुसाफिरों की मौत का जिम्मेदार कौन है इस बात का अभी भी पता नहीं चल पाया है। वहीं अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति बराक ओबामा ने कहा है कि जिस इलाके से मिसाइल दागी गई वो इलाका रूस नियंत्रण में है। ओबामा का कहना है कि ये मानना कठिन है कि विद्रोहियों के जिस इलाके से मिसाइल दागी गई वो रूस की सहायता के बिना संभव हो। ओबामा ने साफ कहा कि उस इलाके में हिंसा को रूस का समर्थन प्राप्त है।

हालांकि अब दो दिन बाद भी ये सवाल कायम है कि आखिर प्लेन पर मिसाइल हमला किया तो किसने किया इस पूरे मामले की स्वतंत्र जांच के लिए रूस समर्थक अलगाववादियों ने अंतरराष्ट्रीय जांचकर्ताओं को घटनास्थल पर जाने की इजाजत तो दी थी, लेकिन जब ये दल वहां पहुंचा तो उन्हें कुछ बंदूकधारियों ने रोक दिया

जांच दल का आरोप है कि 75 मिनट की जांच के बाद उन्हें रोका गया। इस दल में FBI के दो सदस्य थे। इनका आरोप है कि कुछ बंदूकधारी लोगों ने 75 मिनट की जांच के बाद उन्हें रोक दिया। गौरतलब है कि गुरुवार को एम्सटर्डम से क्वालालंपुर जा रहा मलेशियाई विमान मिसाइल हमले का शिकार हो गया। रूस की सरहद से करीब 40 किलोमीटर दूर, यूक्रेन में अलगाववादियों और सरकार के बीच संघर्ष वाले इलाके में विमान पर मिसाइल से हमला हुआ। विमान में सवार सभी 298 मुसाफिर मारे गए।

इसराइल और फ़लस्तीन के बीच क्लिक करें मौजूदा संघर्ष की स्थिति में भारत किस तरफ़ है? भारत की विदेश मंत्री के मुताबिक भारत के दोनों देशों से दोस्ताना संबंध हैं, इसलिए राज्यसभा में इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा नहीं हो सकती.

भारत और अरब देशों के बीच हमेशा से बेहतर संबंध रहे हैं लेकिन मौजूदा समय में भारत की चुप्पी का असर आपसी संबंधों पर पड़ सकता है. इससे तेल आयात से लेकर अरब देशों में बसे भारतीयों की सुरक्षा तक पर सवालिया निशान उठ रहे हैं.

इस पूरे प्रसंग के ज़रिए भारतीय जनता पार्टी की विदेश नीति पर सवाल उठा रहे हैं पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री मणिशंकर अय्यर.

भारत की विदेश मंत्री इसराइल और फ़लस्तीन के मुद्दे पर बहस से बचना चाहती हैं. इसके पीछे दो वजहें हैं. एक तो सुषमा स्वराज का दावा है कि कि भारत के दोनों देशों के साथ दोस्ताना रिश्ते हैं, ऐसे में उन दोनों देशों के तनाव पर चर्चा की क्या ज़रूरत है.
दूसरी ओर, उनके प्रधानमंत्री अभी विदेश यात्रा पर हैं. शायद इस वजह से वे अपनी सरकार की विदेश नीति को लेकर निश्चिंत नहीं हैं. भारतीय जनता पार्टी के घोषणा पत्र में परंपरागत विदेश नीति को जिस तरह से सुदृढ़ और फोकस्ड बनाने की बात कही गई थी, अगर यह उसका उदाहरण है तो निश्चित तौर पर आने वाले दिनों में हम बड़ी मुश्किल में फंसने वाले हैं.

1938 में, महात्मा गांधी ने फ़लस्तीन के साथ हमारे परंपरागत दोस्ती की शुरुआत की थी. उन्होंने तब कहा था, "फ़लस्तीन फ़लस्तीनियों के लिए है, जैसे इंग्लैंड अंग्रेजों के लिए है और फ़्रांस फ़्रेंच लोगों के लिए."
तब से भारत इसी राह पर चलता रहा. 1947 में संयुक्त राष्ट्र की दो समितियों के सदस्य के रूप में भारत को फ़लस्तीन पर लीग ऑफ़ नेशंस द्वारा थोपे गए प्रावधानों को आंकने का मौका मिला था. तब भारत ख़ुद ही विभाजन की कगार पर था, लेकिन उसने फ़लस्तीन के विभाजन का विरोध किया था.

1947 से है रिश्ता

भारत ने उस वक्त जो तर्क दिए वो आज भी प्रासंगिक हैं. भारत का तर्क था कि क्लिक करें विभाजन से यहूदी-अरब की समस्या खत्म नहीं होगी, बल्कि बढ़ेगी. भारत फ़लस्तीन के संघीय ढांचे के पक्ष में था, जिसमें निश्चित क्षेत्र को यहूदी लोगों को दे दिया जाता और दूसरे इलाके को अरब क्षेत्र घोषित किया जाता.
इन दोनों देशों को एक कॉमन सेंटर से जोड़ा जाता, जिसका चुनाव लोकतांत्रिक तरीके से संभव था. इससे यहूदियों को घर मिलता, लेकिन वह अरब के लोगों की कीमत पर नहीं.

इससे यहूदी और अरब लोगों के बीच आपसी संबंध भी बेहतर होते. सोवियत संघ और पश्चिमी देशों के दबाव में संयुक्त राष्ट्र के सदस्य देशों ने विभाजन के पक्ष में मतदान किया, लेकिन भारत अपने मूल रूख़ पर कायम रहा. नवंबर, 1947 में फ़लस्तीन के विभाजन के विरोध में मत डालने वाला भारत दुनिया का इकलौता ग़ैर-अरब और ग़ैर-मुस्लिम देश था.
अरब आज तक उस बात को नहीं भूले हैं. लेकिन भारतीय जनता पार्टी इसे भूल चुकी है. बीजेपी के मुताबिक क्लिक करें फ़लस्तीन का पक्ष लेना तुष्टीकरण की नीति है. यह रवैया जिन्ना के उस बयान को जिसमें उन्होंने कहा था कि भारत एक हिंदू राष्ट्र होगा, धर्मनिरपेक्ष राष्ट्र नहीं, को मान्यता देने जैसा है.
दरअसल भारत की हिंदुत्ववादी ताकतें हमेशा से इसराइल के पक्ष में रही हैं. अरब विरोधी, मुस्लिम विरोधी नज़रिए से संघ के एजेंडे को फैलाने में मदद मिलती है. भारत के पूर्व विदेश मंत्री यशवंत सिन्हा ने तो यरुसलम में यहां तक कह दिया था कि भारत अपने मुसलमानों के तुष्टीकरण के लिए लंबे समय तक इसराइल को राजनयिक तौर पर मान्यता नहीं देता रहा.

तुष्टिकरण का मामला नहीं

यह बकवास था. हमने इसराइल के साथ अपने राजनयिक संबंध तभी बहाल किए, जब यासिर अराफ़ात ने पीवी नरसिम्हा राव को गोपनीय ढंग से सूचना भेजी कि ऑस्लो में चल रही गुप्त बातचीत में इसराइल फ़लस्तीन को देश के तौर पर स्वीकृति दे रहा है.
अरब और फ़लस्तीन के लोग यह जानना चाहते हैं कि इसराइल द्वारा 13 जून और 7 जुलाई को शुरू सैन्य अभियान के बारे में भारत की क्या राय है? करीब एक महीने की हिंसा मेंक्लिक करें 194 फ़लस्तीनी मारे गए हैं. इनमें बच्चे और महिलाएं शामिल हैं.
करीब 1450 लोग घायल हुए हैं. 13,000 लोगों के घर तबाह हो गए. 21,000 लोगों को अपने ठिकानों से विस्थापित होना पड़ा है. लोग स्कूलों और अस्पतालों में शरण लेने के लिए मजबूर हैं, लेकिन इस हालत पर भारतीय जनता पार्टी के नेतृत्व वाली भारत सरकार चुप है.
हालात इससे भी बदतर हैं. विदेश मंत्रालय के प्रवक्ता का वो बयान है जिसमें उन्होंने गज़ा में हो रहे हवाई हमलों की तुलना इसराइल में सीमा पार रॉकेट हमले से की है जिसमें किसी की मौत नहीं हुई है.

फ़लस्तीन इस पूरे मामले को संयुक्त राष्ट्र के महासचिव के सामने 7, 11 और 14 जुलाई को उठा चुका है. लेकिन मोदी के नेतृत्व में भारत को इस मसले पर न कुछ कहना है और न करना.

चुप्पी से नुकसान

दिल्ली स्थित फ़लस्तीनी दूतावास ने भी भारत से अपील की है, "इन परिस्थितियों में इसराइल जिस तरह का भेदभाव चाहता है, उससे भारतीय प्रशासन को इनकार करना चाहिए. दोनों देशों के बीच कोई साम्य नहीं है. एक तरफ़ परमाणु क्षमता से संपन्न देश तो दूसरी ओर कॉलोनी में रहने वाले लोग जिनके पास कोई सेना नहीं है."

झूठे प्रचार में विश्वास रखने वाली भारतीय जनता पार्टी की सरकार कह रही है कि इसराइल में 70 से 80 हज़ार भारतीय काम कर रहे हैं. लेकिन सरकार यह नहीं बता रही है कि अरब देशों में 70 से 80 लाख भारतीय लोग मौजूद हैं.
ये लोग हर साल लाखों डॉलर भारत भेजते हैं और उन्हीं पैसों से हम इसराइल से हथियार खरीदते हैं. ईरान से लेकर लाल सागर के इलाके से ही हमारा 70 फ़ीसदी तेल आयात होता है.
नैतिकता और राष्ट्रीय हित का तकाजा है कि हमें क्लिक करें अरब देशों से बेहतर संबंध बनाकर रखने चाहिए. अगर इस दिशा में गंभीर कोशिशें नहीं हुईं तो हम अरब देशों के साथ वो सद्भावना खो देंगे, जो बीते सात दशक में बनी है.

कांवड़ यात्रियों के सुगम और शांतिपूर्ण आवागमन को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए दिल्ली-हरिद्वार राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर 25 जुलाई तक के लिए यातायात का मार्ग बदल दिया गया है. ऐसा किसी अवांछित घटना को घटित होने से बचाने के लिए किया गया है. वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक एच. एन. सिंह ने कहा कि दिल्ली से देहरादून, ऋषिकेश, रूड़की और हरिद्वार जाने वाले यातायात को वैकल्पिक मार्गों पर स्थानांतरित कर दिया गया है. तेरह जुलाई से शुरू हुई कांवड़ यात्रा 25 जुलाई तक चलेगी. 

इस यात्रा में तीर्थ यात्री गंगाजल लेकर जाते हैं और उससे भगवान शिव का अभिषेक करते हैं. जिलाधीश कौशल राज शर्मा ने कहा कि सुरक्षा के लिहाज से संवेदनशील स्थानों पर सीसीटीवी कैमरा लगाए गए हैं.
पुलिस के मोबाइल वैन और सादी वर्दी में पुलिसकर्मियों को कांवड़ यात्रियों के मार्ग पर तैनात किया गया है. उन्होंने कहा कि कांवड़ यात्रा को देखते हुए आज से लेकर 25 जुलाई तक सभी इंटरमीडिएट तक के स्कूल भी बंद रहेंगे. 

कांवड़ यात्री भगवान शिव के भक्त हैं जो गंगा में डुबकी लगाने के लिए हरिद्वार में एकत्रित होते हैं और वहां से गंगाजल लेकर भगवान शिव को अर्पण करने के लिए यात्रा करते हैं.

Sabyasachi Panda, Orissa’s most-wanted Maoist leader and main accused in the murder case of VHP leader Laxmanananda Saraswati, was arrested on Thursday night by police in Berhampur town after a series of slip-ups by cops over last few years.

Panda, who in August 2012 was expelled from CPI (Maoist) for openly criticising its general secretary Mupala Laxmana Rao alias Ganapathy as “autocratic” and “dictotarial” and later floated his own outfit, was arrested from a person’s house in busy Badabazar area of Berhampur, said Orissa DGP Sanjeev Marik. “It was an intelligence-based operation,” the DGP told The Indian Express without revealing much about the operation, adding that Panda was being interrogated.
Panda had a reward of Rs 20 lakh on his head, and in the last few years, several of his associates were either killed, arrested or deserted after his expulsion from CPI(Maoist). The police too brought down the reward money.

Panda, who reportedly was hurt in an encounter with Ganjam police in February this year, had formed a new Maoist front named Orissa Maovadi Party aftr his expulsion from CPI(Maoist). Last month, he changed his party’s name to CPI (Marxist-Leninist-Maoist). According to police records, over 100 cases, including half a dozen high profile attacks, were registered against him since 1999, when he first came on police radar after attacking a temporary police outpost in Rayagada district. He had looted all material kept in the camp including VHF sets.

He earned more notoriety in March 24, 2006, when over 80 armed rebels attacked a sub-jail and a police station in R Udayagiri town of Gajapati district and freed its prisoners while killing two policemen. The rebels also took hostage officer-in-charge of the local police station and jailor before releasing them a few days later. The attack was scripted by Panda.

The second high point in his rebel career came in February 2008 when he planned and reportedly executed the attack on police armoury in Nayagarh district which claimed 18 lives. The Nayagarh attack gave the rebels truckloads of modern weapons such as AK-47, SLRs, INSAS rifles and hand grenades.

In August 2008, he masterminded the killing of VHP leader Laxmanananda Saraswati and five of his accomplices which led to a Hindu-Christian riot in Kandhamal district. More than 40 persons were killed in the riot. In March 2012, he abducted two Italian tourists from the jungles of Ganjam-Kandhamal districts and kept them hostage for 29 days. The hostage drama ended with the release of his wife Mili Panda, who was arrested for acting as Maoist courier.

Panda, who was secretary of Orissa State Organising Committee of Maoists till the riots, was demoted in the party hierarchy as the riots led to widespread condemnation of the Naxals. Before he was expelled in August 2012

भुवनेश्वर : ओड़िशा के बरहमपुर में सुरक्षाबलों ने आज शीर्ष माओवादी कमांडर सब्यसाची पांडा को गिरफ्तार कर लिया। अधिकारियों ने बताया कि नक्सली नेता को सुरक्षा एजेंसियों को उसकी गतिविधियों के बारे में खबरें मिलने के बाद गिरफ्तार किया गया । उन्होंने बताया कि पांडा राज्य में सशस्त्र नक्सली समूहों का शीर्ष कमांडर है और राज्य से बाहर महाराष्ट्र तथा छत्तीसगढ़ जैसी जगहों पर भी वह गतिविधियों में शामिल रहा है ।

UP Teacher Counselling dates

Basic Shiksha Parishad in Uttar Pradesh has announced counseling for Math’s and Science teachers in upper primary schools. Director of basic education had given this information on the order of government of Uttar Pradesh. According to him there is no hindrance for appointment of math’s and science teachers in upper primary schools.

1. Dates of counseling:- 7 July and 8 July, 2014.
2. Date of Completion of Joining Process:- 31 July.
3. Total vacancies:- 29, 334(Math- 14,667 & Science- 14667)

This vacancies was declared in the government order given on 11 July 2013 and 23 august but these vacancies are postponed by the government. These vacancies are for assistants teachers  for math’s and science. Candidates who have done B.Ed and qualify the T.E.T Exam can apply for the job. Selection will be on merit base.

29,334 शिक्षक भर्ती: जानिए कब जारी होगी मेरिट

उच्च प्राइमरी स्कूलों में गणित व विज्ञान शिक्षक के रिक्त पदों को भरने के लिए मेरिट 20 जुलाई को जारी की जाएगी।

अभ्यर्थियों को इसकी सूचना अखबारों के माध्यम से देने के साथ एनआईसी की वेबसाइट से भी दी जाएगी।

इस बार काउंसलिंग के पांच गुना अभ्यर्थियों को बुलाया जाएगा। सचिव बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद संजय सिन्हा ने इस संबंध में बृहस्पतिवार को आदेश जारी कर दिया है।

सचिव बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद ने कहा कि गणित व विज्ञान शिक्षक के 29,334 पदों के लिए मेरिट जारी करते हुए पहले चरण की काउंसलिंग 7 व 8 जुलाई को की गई।

इसके बाद भी 20 हजार से अधिक पद अभी भी रिक्त हैं। इसलिए 23 व 24 जुलाई को दूसरे चरण की काउंसलिंग का शासनादेश जारी किया गया है।

इसलिए रिक्त पदों के लिए 20 जुलाई को मेरिट जारी की जाएगी। दूसरे चरण की काउंसलिंग के लिए मेरिट तैयार करते समय आरक्षण का पूरा ध्यान रखा जाएगा।

दूसरी काउंसलिंग में मिलेगा मौका

इसके अलावा पहले चरण की काउंसलिंग में शामिल न होने वालों को भी उसकी श्रेणी में पद उपलब्ध होने पर दूसरी काउंसलिंग में मौका दिया जाएगा जिससे अधिक अंक वाला कोई भी अभ्यर्थी नियुक्ति से वंचित न रह जाए।

पद न होने की दशा में ऐसे अभ्यर्थियों का कोई दावा स्वीकार नहीं होगा।

दूसरे चरण की काउंसलिंग समयबद्ध तरीके से की जाएगी, इसमें किसी भी तरह की लापरवाही पर कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

UP Assistant Teachers Merit List 2014

Uttar Pradesh Assistant teachers in primary school recruitment 2014 for more than 72000 teachers merit list has been declared by Andra pradesh basic education board. The TET exam held on 2011 results were announced in 2011 itself. But the merit list is declared now due to administrative problems.

5, Now select your district from 75 districts.
6,The whole district file will be downloaded.
7, In that you can check the merit list of your number

How to check your merit list from Downloaded file

1, In downloaded excel file you will have the following coloumns

G, SPecial category
h, TET 2011 marks

j, Category wise rank in district

Merit list for UP Maths and science teachers 2014

The uttar pradesh goverment has also announced merit list for maths and science teachers for recruiting 29,333 posts. The educational qualification for this posts are for who has done B.Ed and written TET 2011 exams.

The first merit list for Primary assistant teachers was declared on 4th July. The second merit list for primary teachers will be declared on 21st July. The counselling will start on 25-7-2014. If you have problesm with the merit list log complaints before 21st july 2014.
