पेरिस- मुंबई हमलों के मास्टरमाइंड जकी-उर-रहमान लखवी को रिहा किए जाने पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने पाकिस्तान को परोक्ष संदेश देते हुए कहा कि किसी भी देश को आतंकवादियों को पनाह देने की बजाय उन्हें सजा देनी चाहिए। फ्रांस के राष्ट्रपति फ्रांसो ओलांद के साथ संयुक्त प्रेस वार्ता में मोदी ने कहा, 'आतंकवाद से मुकाबले के लिए वैश्विक कार्रवाई की जरुरत है। सभी देशों को प्रण करना चाहिए कि वे आतंकवादियों को पनाह देने की बजाय उन्हें सजा देंगे।'

ओलांद ने भी लखवी की तरफ इशारा करते हुए कहा कि एक निंदनीय कृत्य के लिए जिम्मेदार शख्स की रिहाई के मुद्दे पर भारत में जो आक्रोश है उसे वह समझ सकते हैं। ओलांद ने कहा कि पाकिस्तान द्वारा मुंबई हमले के मास्टरमाइंड जकी-उर-रहमान लखवी को रिहा किए जाने से वह स्तब्ध हैं और उन्होंने इस घटनाक्रम पर अपनी ''नाराजगी'' के बारे में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी को अवगत कराया है। वहीं इस मसले पर प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने कहा, 'दुनिया कई चुनौतियों का सामना कर रही है। दुनिया में उथल-पुथल है और सभी इससे प्रभावित हैं...विभिन्न देशों में आतंकवाद नए स्वरुपों में फैल रहा है।' उन्होंने कहा कि फ्रांस को पेरिस में इससे जूझना पडा जब जनवरी महीने में आतंकवादियों ने हमला किया। उन्होंने कहा कि फ्रांस आतंकवाद के मुद्दे पर भारत का 'दर्द' समझता है।


अमेरिका ने भी जताई चिंता

लखवी की रिहाई पर गहरी चिंता जताते हुए अमेरिका ने कहा कि उसने पाकिस्तान से 26/11 के पीड़ितों के लिए न्याय सुनिश्चित करने की उसकी प्रतिबद्धता पर आगे बढ़ने के लिए बार बार कहा है। विदेश मंत्रालय के कार्यकारी प्रवक्ता जेफ राथके ने कहा ''हम मुंबई हमलों के कथित मास्टरमाइंड लखवी की जमानत पर रिहाई को लेकर बहुत चिंतित हैं।'' राथके ने कहा, ''आतंकी हमले सभी देशों की सामूहिक सुरक्षा और संरक्षा पर हमला हैं। पाकिस्तान ने मुंबई आतंकी हमले के षडयंत्रकारियों, फायनेंसरों और प्रायोजकों को न्याय के दायरे में लाने के लिए सहयोग का संकल्प जताया और हम पाकिस्तान से उस प्रतिबद्धता का पालन करने का आग्रह करते हैं ताकि छह अमेरिकियों सहित हमले में मारे गए 166 बेकसूर लोगों के लिए न्याय सुनिश्चित हो सके।''

गौरतलब है कि नवंबर 2008 में मुंबई में हुए हमले के पीछे लखवी का हाथ था। इस हमले में 166 लोग मारे गए थे।

मुंबई हमलों के मास्टर माइंड माने जाने वाले ज़की-उर-रहमान लखवी की रिहाई को लेकर भारत ने कड़ी आपत्ति जताई है.

इस्लामाबाद स्थित भारतीय उच्चायुक्त ने पाकिस्तान के विदेश सचिव से मुलाक़ात कर अपनी आपत्ति जताई है.
दूसरी ओर भारतीय विदेश मंत्रालय ने लखवी की रिहाई पर निराशा व्यक्त करते हुए कहा है कि ये दुनिया के लिए अच्छी ख़बर नहीं है.
पीटीआई ने ये भी जानकारी दी है कि फ़्रांस दौरे पर गए भारतीय प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी को इस मामले पर राष्ट्रपति फ्रांसवा ओलांद का भी समर्थन मिला है.

ओलांद ने लखवी की रिहाई पर कहा, "जिस आतंकवाद पर मुंबई हमले जैसे एक जघन्य अपराध का आरोप है, उसकी रिहाई चौंकाने वाली है."
लेकिन पाकिस्तान के विदेश मंत्रालय ने भारत पर आरोप लगाते हुए कहा है कि भारत की ओर से इस मामले में सहयोग न मिलने के कारण लखवी का मामला जटिल हो गया और इस कारण केस भी कमज़ोर हो गया.
भारत में भी लखवी की रिहाई पर कड़ी प्रतिक्रिया देखने को मिल रही है. लेकिन विपक्षी कांग्रेस पार्टी ने केंद्र सरकार पर सवाल भी उठाए हैं.
कांग्रेस ने सरकार की आलोचना करते हुए कहा है कि सरकार पाकिस्तान पर दबाव क़ायम रखने में विफल रही.

आलोचना

पूर्व दूरसंचार मंत्री और कांग्रेस के नेता मिलिंद देवड़ा ने ट्वीट किया- अब 56 इंच का सीना कहाँ गया, जिसकी अब ज़रूरत है.
कांग्रेस नेता मनीष तिवारी ने भी लखवी की रिहाई का ठीकरा केंद्र सरकार पर फोड़ा .
गुरुवार को लाहौर हाईकोर्ट ने लखवी की नज़रबंदी को ख़त्म करते हुए उन्हें दस लाख के दो ज़मानती मुचलकों पर रिहा करने का आदेश दिया था.
रावलपिंडी में जेल अधिकारियों ने कहा कि लखवी को शुक्रवार की सुबह रिहा किया गया.

भारत लखवी को 2008 में हुए मुंबई हमलों का मास्टरमाइंड मानता है जिनमें 166 लोग मारे गए थे.
लखवी को पिछले साल दिसंबर में ज़मानत मिली थी, लेकिन पंजाब सरकार ने क़ानून व्यवस्था बनाए रखने के कानून के तहत लखवी की नज़रबंदी को जारी रखने का फैसला किया था.
लेकिन लाहौर हाईकोर्ट ने लखवी की नज़रबंदी को गलत ठहराया था और उनकी रिहाई के आदेश दिए थे.
लखवी को पाकिस्तान ने 7 दिसंबर 2008 को गिरफ़्तार किया था.

पैरिस-फ्रांस के दौरे पर गए भारतीय प्रधान मंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी का इंटरव्यू वहां के मशहूर अखबार 'ल मॉन्द' ने छापने से इनकार कर दिया है । इसकी वजह ये थी कि पीएम मोदी चाहते थे कि उन्हें इंटरव्यू से पहले प्रश्न भेज दिए जाएं और वह उनका उत्तर लिखकर देंगे। अखबार इसके लिए तैयार नहीं हुआ। अखबार के प्रतिनिधि चाहते थे कि इंटरव्यू आमने-सामने बैठ कर किया जाए। अखबार ने न सिर्फ इंटरव्यू करने से इनकार कर दिया, बल्कि यह बात पूरी दुनिया को भी बता दी।

इस बात का खुलासा 'ल मॉन्द' के दक्षिण एशियाई संवाददाता जूलियॉं बुविशॉ ने ट्विटर पर किया। उनके ट्वीट के मुताबिक, 'हमें बताया गया था कि नरेंद्र मोदी सवालों के जवाब लिखकर देंगे न कि सामने बैठकर। इसलिए 'ल मॉन्द' ने इंटरव्यू से इनकार कर दिया।' इसके बाद प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय ने दूसरे अखबार 'ल फिगार' से इस इंटरव्यू के लिए बात की।
यह अखबार 'ल मॉन्द' का प्रतिद्वंद्वी अखबार है। इसके अलावा 'ल फिगार' सोस्प्रेसे का अखबार है जो दसौ की कंपनी है। दसौ वही कंपनी है जो भारत को 126 रफाल फाइटर प्लेन बेचने की कोशिश कर रही है। यहां भी पीएमओ ने मोदी के इंटरव्यू के सवाल पहले देने और उनके लिखित जवाब देने की बात की।

पीएम मोदी गुरुवार रात को फ्रांस पहुंचे थे। वह इस समय तीन देशों की यात्रा पर हैं, जिसका पहला चरण फ्रांस में है। यहां वह चार दिन रुकेंगे। इस दौरान उनका फ्रांस के उद्योगपतियों और राष्ट्रपति फ्रांसो ओलांद से मिलने का कार्यक्रम है। इस दौरान भारत और फ्रांस के बीच अहम ऊर्जा और रक्षा सौदे होने की भी उम्मीद है।

पैरिस- भारतीय प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और फ्रांसीसी राष्ट्रपति फ्रांसो ओलांद ने शुक्रवार को 17 समझौतों पर हस्ताक्षर किए। इसमें रेलवे, स्पेस रिसर्च, परमाणु ऊर्जा, विज्ञान और तकनीकी और मरीन टेक्नॉलजी के क्षेत्र में समझौते किए गए। इस दौरान भारत के रफाल फाइटर प्लेन खरीदने पर भी मुहर लग गई। दोनों देशों के शीर्ष नेताओं ने साझा प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में कई अहम घोषणाएं भी कीं।

पीएम मोदी ने अपने भाषण में कहा कि भारत के भरोसेमंद मित्रों में से फ्रांस से एक है। उन्होंने कहा, 'मेरी और ओलांद के बीच अच्छी बात हुई।' मोदी ने रफाल विमानों पर हुए समझौते की जानकारी दी और कहा कि फ्रांस ने भारत को जल्द से जल्द 36 रफाल विमान उपलब्ध कराने का वादा किया है ।
मोदी ने कहा कि फ्रांस अंतरराष्ट्रीय मामलों में भारत के साथ रहा है। उन्होंने साथ में यह भी कहा कि फ्रांस रक्षा के क्षेत्र में भारत का बड़ा सप्लायर है। उन्होंने बताया कि जैतापुर में 6 परमाणु प्लांट लगाने पर भी समझौता किया गया है।

इससे पहले ओलांद ने साझा प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में कहा कि पीएम मोदी का यूरोप दौरे के लिए फ्रांस को पहला देश चुनना उनके लिए काफी सम्मान की बात है। उन्होंने जनवरी में फ्रांस पर हुए आतंकी हमले के बाद भारत के दिए समर्थन और सहयोग के लिए शुक्रिया अदा किया। उन्होंने कहा कि वह मोदी के मेक इन इंडिया की सोच के साथ हैं। ओलांद ने कहा, वह चाहते हैं कि भारत संयुक्त राष्ट्र परिषद का स्थाई सदस्य बने ।
फ्रांस ने भरोसा दिलाया है कि वह भारत के नागरिकों को 48 घंटों के भीतर टूरिस्ट वीजा देगा । दोनों देशों के बीच विज्ञान और तकनीक के विकास के लिए और मरीन टेक्नॉलजी इंस्टिट्यूट पर भी करार हुआ है। नागपुर और पुडुचेरी में फ्रांस की मदद से तीन स्मार्ट सिटी बनाई जाएंगी। परमाणु ऊर्जा के क्षेत्र में भी भारत और फ्रांस के बीच समझौता हुआ है। अंतरिक्ष के क्षेत्र में सहयोग और बायॉटेक इंस्टिट्यूट के लिए भी समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर किए गए। इसके अलावा रेल को आधुनिक बनाने के लिए भी फ्रांस से समझौता किया गया है।

मोदी ने कहा कि दोनों देशों के हित एक जैसे हैं। मोदी ने कहा कि पढ़ाई के बाद प्रफेशनल ट्रेनिंग के लिए छात्र फ्रांस आ सकते हैं। इसके अलावा उन्होंने खुफिया जानकारी साझा करने की बात कही और उम्मीद जताई कि फ्रांस की कंपनियां भारत में निवेश करेंगी। राष्ट्रपति ओलांद ने भारत में 2 बिलियन यूरो के निवेश करने की बात की है।

सरकार ने रफाल डील की तो कोर्ट में चला जाऊंगाः सुब्रमण्यन स्वामी

बीजेपी नेता सुब्रमण्यन स्वामी ने केंद्र सरकार को धमकी दी है कि अगर रफाल जेट की डील साइन की गई तो वह कोर्ट चले जाएंगे । स्वामी ने फ्रांसीसी कंपनी दसौ के फाइटर प्लेन रफाल और इस डील में कई कमियां गिनाई हैं।

बीजेपी की राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारिणी के मेंबर स्वामी ने पीएम मोदी से अपील की है कि वह रफाल डील पर साइन न करें। यह डील यूपीए के शासनकाल में हुई थी। स्वामी का कहना है कि इस विमान का प्रदर्शन लीबिया और मिस्र में सबसे खराब रहा था।
पीएम मोदी इस समय फ्रांस में हैं और वहां के उद्योगपतियों और शीर्ष नेताओं से मुलाकातें कर रहे हैं। उनके चार दिवसीय फ्रांस दौरे के दौरान रफाल विमान पर डील होने की संभावना है।

स्वामी ने कहा है कि रफाल समझौते में दो चीजें हैं, जिनके चलते बीजेपी सरकार को शर्मिंदा होना पड़ेगा। पहली यह कि रफाल विमान ईंधन इस्तेमाल के मामले में उपयोगी नहीं है। दूसरी बात यह है कि यह प्रदर्शन के मामले में भी कमजोर है। इसी वजह से दुनिया का कोई भी देश इसे खरीदने को तैयार नहीं है। स्वामी का ट्वीट
स्वामी का कहना है कि दुनिया के कई देशों ने रफाल के समझौते रद्द कर दिए हैं। स्वामी का दावा है, 'कोई देश दसौ के साथ समझौता नहीं करेगा तो कंपनी दिवालिया हो जाएगी और हम फ्रांस की तारीफ पाने के लिए उसे उबारने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं। इससे बेहतर तो ये होगा कि हम दसौ को ही खरीद लें। यह ज्यादा फायदेमंद रहेगा।'

2012 में सबसे कम बोली लगाने के बावजूद पांच कंपनियों में से दसौ के साथ समझौता कर लिया गया था। पहले इस समझौते के 10 अरब डॉलर में होने की संभावना थी, जो अब 20 अरब डॉलर से ऊपर पहुंच गई है।

Netaji's relatives were spied upon for two decades, according to recent declassified documents.

After the government declassified two files on Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, it has been revealed that Netaji's relatives were asked to be spied upon by former PM Jawaharlal Nehru for nearly twenty years, according to an India Today report. The files show that the Intelligence Bureau, which came directly under Nehru, carried the espionage activities between 1948 to 1968. Nehru was the Prime Ministers for 16 of those years.

The IB resumed British-style surveillance on his two of his homes at 1, Woodburn Park and 38/2 Elgin Road in Calcutta. 
Apart from this, the IB kept a close eye on Netaji's relatives by tracking their movements and the contents of the letters they wrote and received. The sleuths were particularly interested in Netaji's nephews, sons of his brother Sarat Chandra Bose. The nephews were close to Netaji during his years as a Congress  activist. They were also in touch Netaji's wife Emily Schenkl and exchanged letters with her.

The IB followed the family on domestic as well as international travels and their letters were intercepted and copied. The Bureau was keen to know whom the family met and the details of their conversation.
Anita Bose-Pfaff, Netaji's only child and a Germany-based economist has expressed shock as to why her relatives, especially her cousins were spied on, the report adds. 
The report quotes BJP national spokesperson MJ Akbar speculating that the anxiety about Netaji's disappearance and even remote possibility that he might come back must have led to the spying. He believes that the Congress must have felt threatened in the possibility of Netaji's return.

While Anup Dhar, author of India's Biggest Cover-Up has said that these files were accidently declassified, the issue of declassification of files on Netaji has been a contentious one since the UPA rule. 
Taking the line adopted by the previous Congress-led UPA government, Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Office had refused to disclose records related to Subhash Chandra Bose's death as it rejected the argument that there was a larger public interest involved in making them public.

The Right to Information Act allows for a public authority to disclose records which are otherwise exempt from disclosure if public interest outweighs the harm protected. Activist Subhash Agrawal had sought from the Prime Minister's Office the records related to the freedom fighter and leader of the Indian National Army to clarify the mystery surrounding his alleged death in a plane crash 70 years back.

Agrawal had also asked for information of the steps taken by the top office to make such records public and the action taken on requests seeking such documents. But toeing the line of the UPA government, the PMO had cited an exemption clause in the RTI Act which allows withholding of information that could prejudicially affect relations with a foreign country. The PMO, however, did not give the names of the countries with which the relations may get affected once the said information is made public.

भारत के पहले प्रधानमंत्री जवाहरलाल नेहरू ने करीब दो दशकों तक नेताजी सुभाष चंद्र बोस के रिश्तेदारों की जासूसी करवाई थी. गुप्त सूची से हाल ही में हटाई गईं इंटेलिजेंस ब्यूरो (आईबी) की दो फाइलों से यह खुलासा हुआ है. फाइलों से पता चला है कि 1948 से 1968 के बीच सुभाष चंद्र बोस के परिवार पर अभूतपूर्व निगरानी रखी गई थी. इन 20 साल में से 16 साल तक नेहरू देश के प्रधानमंत्री थे और आईबी उन्हीं के अंतर्गत काम करती थी.

इंडिया टुडे' को मिली एक्सक्लूसिव जानकारी के मुताबिक, फाइलों में बोस के कोलकाता स्थित दो घरों की निगरानी का जिक्र है. इनमें से एक वुडबर्न पार्क और दूसरा 38/2 एल्गिन रोड पर था. बोस के घरों की जासूसी ब्रिटिशराज में शुरू हुई थी, लेकिन चौंकाने वाली बात है कि इसे नेहरू सरकार ने भी करीब दो दशक तक जारी रखा.

इंटरसेप्टिंग और बोस परिवार की चिट्ठियों पर नजर रखने के अलावा, आईबी के जासूसों ने उनकी स्थानीय और विदेश यात्रा की भी जासूसी की. ऐसा लगता है कि एजेंसी यह जानने को आतुर थी कि बोस के रिश्तेदार किससे मिलते हैं और क्या चर्चा करते हैं. हाथ से लिखे गए कुछ संदेशों से पता चला है कि आईबी के एजेंट बोस परिवार की गतिविधियों के बारे में आईबी हेडक्वार्टर, जिसे 'सिक्योरिटी कंट्रोल' कहा जाता था, में फोन करते थे.
हालांकि इस जासूसी की वजह पूरी तरह साफ नहीं हो पाई है. आईबी ने नेताजी के भतीजों शिशिर कुमार बोस और अमिय नाथ बोस पर कड़ी निगरानी रखी. शरत चंद्र बोस के ये दोनों बेटे नेताजी के करीबी माने जाते थे. नेताजी की पत्नी एमिली शेंकल ऑस्ट्रिया में रहती थीं और शिशिर-अमिय ने उनके नाम कुछ चिट्ठियां भी लिखी थीं. इस खुलासे से बोस परिवार हैरान है. बोस के पड़पोते चंद्रकुमार बोस ने कहा, 'जासूसी उन लोगों की होती है जिन्होंने कोई अपराध किया हो या जिनके आतंकियों से संबंध हों. सुभाष बाबू और उनके परिवार ने देश की आजादी की लड़ाई लड़ी थी, उनकी जासूसी क्यों की गई?'

बोस की वापसी से डरी हुई थी कांग्रेस?
लेखक और बीजेपी प्रवक्ता एमजे अकबर मानते हैं कि इसका एकमात्र उचित स्पष्टीकरण यही है कि कांग्रेस सुभाष चंद्र बोस की वापसी से डरी हुई थी. उनके मुताबिक, 'बोस अब जिंदा हैं या नहीं, इस पर सरकार को पक्की जानकारी नहीं थी. सरकार ने सोचा होगा कि अगर वह जिंदा होंगे तो कोलकाता में अपने परिवार से संपर्क जरूर करते होंगे. लेकिन कांग्रेस के पास डरने का क्या कारण था? बोस की वापसी का देश स्वागत करता. लेकिन शायद यही डर का कारण था. बोस उस दौर में ऐसे एकमात्र करिश्माई नेता थे जो कांग्रेस के खिलाफ विपक्ष को एकजुट करके 1957 के चुनाव में चुनौती पेश कर सकते थे. यह कहा जा सकता है कि अगर बोस जिंदा होते तो वह गठबंधन जिसने 1977 में कांग्रेस को हराया, वह यह काम 1962 में ही कर देते, यानी 15 साल पहले.'
ओरिजिनल फाइलों को पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार ने अब भी गुप्त रखा है. इन फाइलों पर सबसे पहली नजर इस साल जनवरी में अनुज धर की पड़ी. 'इंडियाज बिगेस्ट कवर-अप' के लेखक अनुज का मानना है कि ये फाइलें गलती से गुप्त सूची से बाहर आ गईं. वह बताते हैं, 'अमेरिका में भी ऐसा हुआ था. सीआईए की गुप्त फाइलें, जिनमें 1971 में इंदिरा गांधी के मंत्रिमंडल में जासूसी की फाइल भी थी, सरकारी विभाग ने गलती से गुप्त सूची से बाहर कर दी थीं.'

A Pakistani court on Friday freed on bail Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi, accused of plotting the 2008 Mumbai attack that killed 166 people.
The Lahore High Court on Thursday suspended the Punjab government’s order to detain Lakhvi under a security act and ordered his immediate release.
Voicing concern over the release of Lakhvi, Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh said India wants talks with Pakistan but the release of the Mumbai attack mastermind is an “unfortunate and disappointing” development.
“India wants talks with Pakistan but the present development (release of Lakhvi) is unfortunate and disappointing,” he told reporters on the sidelines of a function here.

Lakhvi was released from Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi, a day after Lahore High Court (LHC) suspended his detention and ordered his immediate release.

Despite strong opposition from India, LeT operations commander Zaki-ur Rehman Lakhvi, the 2008 Mumbai attack mastermind, today walked free from a Pakistani jail after spending nearly six years in detention.
Lakhvi was released from Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi, a day after Lahore High Court (LHC) suspended his detention and ordered his immediate release.

India had strongly reacted to the court’s decision, saying it “eroded” the value of assurances repeatedly conveyed to it by Pakistan on cross-border terrorism.
 
Jamaat-ud-Dawa supporters were present outside the prison to receive 55-year-old Lakhvi.
The court yesterday suspended the Punjab government’s order to detain Lakhvi under a security act and ordered his immediate release.
Earlier today, Lakhvi’s counsel Raja Rizwan Abbasi had told PTI that the government was left with no other ‘legal option’ but to release his client.
“The government is left with no other ‘legal option’ but to release his client after the LHC suspended his detention. Neither the government nor the Adiala Jail authorities can violate the court’s order this time,” he said.
Lakhvi and six others have been charged with planning and executing the 2008 Mumbai attack that killed 166 people and wounding over 300.
Lakhvi, a close relative of LeT founder and JuD chief Hafiz Saeed, was arrested in December 2008 and was indicted along with the six others on November 25, 2009 in connection with the 26/11 attack case.
The trial has been underway since 2009.

An analysis of around 700 video clips seized by Madhya Pradesh police during a raid at Greenpeace India’s office in Amelia village in Singrauli district on July 29, 2014 revealed the use of a drone fitted with a high-definition camera.

NEW DELHI: The home ministry, in its dossier detailing Greenpeace India's activities, has alleged that Channel 4 of the UK, invited by Greenpeace in July 2014 to make a documentary on displacement of tribals on account of Mahan coal project, had illegally used a drone to film the Mahan forest.

An analysis of around 700 video clips seized by Madhya Pradesh police during a raid at Greenpeace India's office in Amelia village in Singrauli district on July 29, 2014 revealed the use of a drone fitted with a high-definition camera, which could travel over a wide expanse of the Mahan forest. As per rules, a drone can only be used with permission from the defence ministry.

According to the dossier titled 'MHA Inspection of Greenpeace India Society', a copy of which is with TOI, two British journalists -- Krishnan Guru Murthy, a UK national of Indian origin, and Hugo Ward, a UK national -- arrived in Delhi on July 21 last year to shoot the documentary for Channel 4. The purpose of the film was to highlight "the miseries of displacement and loss of livelihood for tribals/villagers of the region in the name of development".

The air tickets of the two journalists were bought by Greenpeace International through its authorized booking agent in the Netherlands. Air tickets for their travel within India were paid for by Greenpeace India.

On July 29, 2014, MP police raided Greenpeace India's office in Amelia village and seized communication equipment like aerial antenna, solar battery, booster, mobiles etc. The police suspect that the seized apparatus was being used by Greenpeace activists on prohibited radio frequencies allotted to security agencies. An FIR under various Sections of IPC was registered and three Greenpeace activists arrested.

Though Greenpeace reacted with a strongly-worded press release, placing visuals of alleged police atrocities on its website, it made no mention of the action against the Channel 4 journalists.

In its charge-sheet against Greenpeace India, the home ministry alleged that its accounts were managed in a non-professional manner with significant disregard for FCRA provisions and rules. The dossier also reiterated the Intelligence Bureau's charge that Greenpeace International was promoting Greenpeace India's ground-level agitations by deploying over a dozen foreign activists (in violation of visa rules) to train, equip and guide their Indian counterparts in protest-creation.

The home ministry recalled how Greenpeace's foreign and Indian activists were working as per plans finalized at a July 2012 global conference in Turkey, to step up agitations in coal-producing regions. It blamed non-operationalization of Mahan coal block on Greenpeace's illegal campaign, aided by foreign activists, adding that this denied low-priced energy to Indian citizens.

होम मिनिस्ट्री के डोजियर में एनजीओ 'ग्रीनपीस इंडिया' की ऐक्टिविटी का हैरान कर देने वाला सच सामने आया है। एनजीओ ने मध्य प्रदेश में 'महान कोल प्रॉजेक्ट' के विस्थापितों पर डॉक्युमेंट्री बनाने के लिए कथित रूप से यूके के 'चैनल-4' को जुलाई 2014 में आमंत्रित किया और कानून को तोड़ते हुए महान के जंगलों में ड्रोन का इस्तेमाल भी किया।

मध्य प्रदेश पुलिस ने 29 जुलाई 2014 के दिन सिंगरौली जिले के अमेलिया गांव में ग्रीनपीस इंडिया के ऑफिस से 700 विडियो क्लिप को सीज किया था। इन विडियो की जांच में सामने आया कि डॉक्युमेंट्री के लिए न सिर्फ ड्रोन का इस्तेमाल किया गया बल्कि इसमें कैमरे भी एचडी क्वॉलिटी के लगाए गए थे। ये ड्रोन महान के जंगलों में दूर तक उड़ने की क्षमता रखते थे। भारत में नियमों के मुताबिक, ड्रोन को सिर्फ रक्षा मंत्रालय की अनुमति से ही उड़ाने की इजाजत है।

'MHA इंस्पेक्शन ऑफ ग्रीनपीस इंडिया सोसायटी' टाइटल वाले इस डोजियर की एक कॉपी हमारे सहयोगी अखबार टाइम्स ऑफ इंडिया के पास है। इसके मुताबिक, दो ब्रिटिश जर्नलिस्ट, कृष्णन गुरू मूर्ति (भारतीय मूल के ब्रिटिश नागरिक) और ह्यूगो वार्ड (एक ब्रिटिश नागरिक) 'चैनल-4' की डॉक्युमेंट्री को शूट करने के लिए बीते साल 21 जुलाई को भारत आए थे। इस डॉक्युमेंट्री का उद्देश्य विकास के नाम पर क्षेत्र में विस्थापन की दयनीय हालात और आदिवासी/ग्रामीण लोगों की जीविका के नुकसान को दिखाना था।

दोनों ही ब्रिटिश जर्नलिस्ट्स की एयर टिकट ग्रीनपीस इंटरनैशनल ने अपने नीदरलैंड्स के अपने आधिकारिक बुकिंग एजेंट से खरीदे थे। वहीं, भारत के अंदर उनकी ट्रैवलिंग के एयर टिकट ग्रीनपीस इंडिया ने खरीदे।

29 जुलाई 2014 को, एमपी पुलिस ने अमेलिया गांव में ग्रीनपीस इंडिया के ऑफिश पर रेड मारकर कम्युनिकेशन के कई सामान जब्त किए थे जिसमें एरियल ऐंटीना, सोलर बैटरी, बूस्टर, मोबाइल, इत्यादि शामिल थे। पुलिस को शक है कि जब्त किए गए उपकरणों का इस्तेमाल ग्रीनपीस ऐक्टिविस्ट्स ने उन प्रतिबंधित रेडियो फ्रिक्वेंसीज पर किया जो सिर्फ सिक्यॉरिटी एजेंसीज के लिए निर्धारित होती हैं। पुलिस ने इसपर कार्रवाई करते हुए IPC की कई धाराओं में एफआईआर दर्ज की और तीन ग्रीनपीस ऐक्टिविस्ट्स को गिरफ्तार भी किया।

हालांकि, ग्रीनपीस ने कड़े शब्दों में एक प्रेस रिलीज जारी कर इसका जवाब दिया, जिसमें पुलिस के कथित अत्याचार के विजुअल्स भी वेबसाइट पर दिखाए गए लेकिन उसने 'चैनल-4' के जर्नलिस्ट्स के खिलाफ किसी तरह की कार्रवाई का कोई जिक्र नहीं किया।

ग्रीनपीस इंडिया के खिलाफ एक चार्जशीट में, होम मिनिस्ट्री ने बताया कि एनजीओ का अकाउंट बेहद ही गैर-पेशेवर ढंग से मैनेज किया जा रहा था जिसमें एफसीआरए प्रविजन और नियमों को पूरी तरह से तोड़ा जा रहा था। होम मिनिस्ट्री ने एनजीओ 'ग्रीनपीस इंडिया' के 7 बैंक अकाउंट्स को सीज कर दिया है । साथ ही एनजीओ के लाइसेंस को 6 महीने के लिए सस्पेंड करते हुए उसको मिलने वाले विदेशी अनुदान पर तत्काल प्रभाव से रोक लगा दी।

डोजियर में MHA ने इंटेलिजेंस ब्यूरो के उन आरोपों को भी दोहराया है जिसमें ग्रीनपीस इंटरनैशनल द्वारा ग्रीनपीस इंडिया के आंदोलनों को मदद पहुंचाने की बात कही गई थी। ग्रीनपीस इंटरनैशनल यह काम दर्जन भर विदेशी ऐक्टिवस्ट्स के माध्यम से (वीजा नियमों को तोड़कर) कर रहा था जो ग्राउंड लेवल पर अपने भारतीय समकक्षों को विरोध पैदा करने की ट्रेनिंग और गाइडेंस दे रहे थे।

होम मिनिस्ट्री ने याद दिलाया है कि कैसे कोयला पैदा करने वाले क्षेत्र में आंदोलन को मजबूत करने के लिए ग्रीनपीस के विदेशी और भारतीय ऐक्टिविस्ट्स तुर्की में जुलाई 2012 में हुए ग्लोबल कॉन्फ्रेंस में बनाई गई योजना पर काम कर रहे थे।

भारतीय गृह मंत्रालय ने गुरूवार को अंतरराष्ट्रीय पर्यावरण संस्था ग्रीनपीस के भारत में पंजीकरण को 180 दिनों के लिए निलंबित कर दिया है.

गृह मंत्रालय की वेबसाइट पर जारी इस आदेश में ग्रीनपीस पर एफसीआरए एक्ट, 2010 के तहत विदेश से आने वाली आर्थिक मदद के 'सही आंकड़े छुपाने' और 'विकास के ख़िलाफ़' अभियान चलाने का दोषी पाया.
हालांकि ग्रीनपीस इंडिया के एक प्रवक्ता ने बताया, "हमें अभी कोई आदेश या जानकारी सरकार की तरफ से नहीं मिली है."
कुछ देर बाद जारी किए गए एक बयान में ग्रीनपीस के समित ऐच ने कहा, "जब कोर्ट हमारे पक्ष में पहले फैसला दे चुकी है तब ये आदेश चौंकाने वाला है. हम झुकेंगे नहीं और हमें न्याय प्रणाली पर पूरा भरोसा है."

बैंक खाते

बहरहाल भारत सरकार ने ग्रीनपीस के सात बैंक खातों को भी तत्काल प्रभाव से फ्रीज़ कर दिया है.
साथ ही इस गैर-सरकारी संस्था को एक कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी किया गया जिसमे पूछा गया है कि 'आपका पंजीकरण रद्द क्यों न कर दिया जाए.'
पिछले वर्ष जून महीने में भारत सरकार ने ग्रीनपीस समेत कुछ अन्य गैर सरकारी संस्थाओं के विदेशी कोष पर रोक लगा दी थी.

मंज़ूरी

सरकार ने एक ख़ुफ़िया रिपोर्ट के बाद आदेश जारी किया था कि विदेशी धन पाने से पहले संस्थाओं को गृह मंत्रालय से मंज़ूरी लेनी होगी.

ख़ुफ़िया रिपोर्ट में आशंका जताई गई थी कि ये संस्थाएं विदेशी धन पाने के मामले में भारतीय क़ानूनों का उल्लंघन कर रहीं हैं और ऐसा माहौल बना रहीं हैं जिससे विकास की कई परियोजनाएं बाधित हो रहीं हैं.
मामला अदालत में गया और जनवरी 2015 में दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने ग्रीनपीस के विदेशी कोष के इस्तेमाल पर लगी पाबंदी को हटा दिया था.

नरेंद्र मोदी के 'मंत्र', लड़की बेचे तो ज्यादा बिकेगा अचार पर विवाद

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के बुधवार को मुद्रा बैंक के उद्घटान पर दिए भाषण पर विवाद शुरू हो गया है। इस दौरान पीएम मोदी ने अपने भाषण में कहा था, 'किसान यदि आम बेचे तो पैसा मिलता है। आम का अचार बनाकर बेचे तो और ज्यादा पैसा मिलता है। अचार को बोतल में बंद करके बेचे तो और ज्यादा पैसा मिलता है और अगर लड़की अचार की बोतल लेकर खड़ी हो जाए तो बिक्री और ज्यादा बढ़ जाती है।' भाषण की आखिरी लाइन पर विवाद हुआ है, जिसमें मोदी ने कहा है कि लड़की अगर अचार की बोतल लेकर खड़ी हो जाए तो बिक्री बढ़ जाती है।
लोगों का कहना है कि पीएम मोदी को लड़कियां सामान बेचने का जरिया नजर आती हैं। सोशल साइट्स पर कई लोग पीएम के भाषण के इस हिस्से पर उन्हें निशाने पर ले रहे हैं। लोगों का कहना है कि जैसे हर सामान बेचने के लिए विज्ञापनों में लड़कियों को जबरन दिखाया जाता है पीएम मोदी इस बयान से उसकी वकालत कर रहे हैं। यूजर्स ने लिखा है कि लड़कियों के बिना भी सामान बेजा जा सकता है।
मोदी ने बुधवार को जन-धन योजना के तहत मुद्रा बैंक (माइक्रो यूनिट्स डिवेलपमेंट ऐंड रिफाइनैंस एजेंसी) का उद्घाटन किया। इस मौके पर उन्होंने कहा, 'हमें देश में रोजगार के अवसर बढ़ाने की जरूरत है।' इस दौरान उन्होंने किसानों और छोटे उद्टमियों को तोहफा दिया, लेकिन उनके एक बयान पर विवाद भी पैदा हो गया है।
पीएम ने कहा, 'औद्योगिक घराने सिर्फ 1.25 करोड़ लोगों को रोजगार प्रदान करते हैं जबकि छोटे उद्यमी 12 करोड़ लोगों के लिए रोजगार सृजन करते हैं।'

मंगलवार को रिज़र्व बैंक के गवर्नर रघुराम राजन की 'फटकार' के बाद भारत के अग्रणी बैंकों ने ब्याज दरों में कटौती की घोषणा की.

भारतीय स्टेट बैंक ने दर घटाकर 9.85 फ़ीसदी कर दी है.
लेकिन रिज़र्व बैंक के गवर्नर को आख़िर बैंकों को फटकार क्यों लगानी पड़ी?
इस साल दो बार रिज़र्व बैंक दो बार रेपो रेट घटा चुका है. लेकिन इसके बाद भी बैंकों ने ब्याज दरों में कटौती क्यों नहीं की?
आर्थिक मामलों के जानकार का कहना है कि रिज़र्व बैंक के गवर्नर की यह फटकार जायज़ थी.

कुछ समय पहले तक ऐसा होता था कि जब भी रिज़र्व बैंक दरें बढ़ाता था तो बैंक शाम होते-होते अपनी ब्याज दरें भी फटाफट बढ़ा देते थे.
बैंकों के कामकाज की भाषा में इसे ट्रांसमिशन कहते हैं.
यह बड़ी अजीब स्थिति है कि इस साल रिज़र्व बैंक ने दो बार दरों में कटौती की लेकिन बैंकों ने अभी तक अपनी ब्याज दरों में कोई कटौती नहीं की.
इसके दो कारण हैं. पहला, बैंक ऐसे क्षेत्रों में नहीं नज़र आ रहे थे जहां उनके पैसे पर अच्छा रिटर्न हासिल हो सके या ऐसा न हो कि कर्ज़ ही डूब जाए.
दूसरी बात यह है कि बैंक जो कर्ज़ दे चुके हैं और उसकी वसूली नहीं कर पा रहे हैं .या कंपनियाँ वो कर्ज़ वापस नहीं कर पा रही हैं, इसीलिए बैंक डर रहे हैं.
इसलिए फटकार पड़नी ही चाहिए थी. केंद्र में नई सरकार बनने के बाद तो यह उम्मीद भी की जा रही थी कि आरबीआई को 'चाबुक' चलाने की ज़रूरत है.

'फटकार ज़रूरी थी'

असल में भारत की अर्थव्यवस्था में सुधार के लक्षण दिख रहे हैं, लेकिन फ़िलहाल सुधार होता हुआ साफ़ दिख नहीं रहा है.
यह एक बात है कि अगर राजनीतिक संदेश देने हों तो आप कह सकते हैं कि अच्छे दिन आने वाले हैं, लेकिन उन अच्छे दिनों के लिए अर्थव्यवस्था में विकास होना चाहिए. लेकिन जबकि कंपनियां बैंकों से कर्ज़ ले रही हों, ऐसा दिख नहीं रहा.
क्योंकि अगर कंपनियां कर्ज़ लेंगी तो बाज़ार में नए रोज़गार के अवसर पैदा होंगे, लोग ईएमआई पर घर लेंगे या अन्य उत्पाद ख़रीदेंगे. ये चक्र नहीं पूरा हो रहा है. इसीलिए कंपनियां और बैंक डरे हुए हैं.

जहां तक शेयर बाज़ार का सवाल है, वो इस उम्मीद पर उछाल भर रहा है कि अच्छे दिन आएंगे.
अर्थव्यवस्था में छह बुनियादी उद्योगों का हिस्सा 38 फ़ीसदी होता है.
इसलिए जब तक इन बुनियादी उद्योगों में सुधार नहीं होता है तब तक हम शर्तिया तौर पर नहीं कह सकते कि अर्थव्यवस्था पटरी पर लौट रही है.

The bank will have a corpus of Rs 20,000 crore, and credit guarantee corpus of Rs 3,000 crore

Prime minister Narendra Modi  on Wednesday launched the Micro Units Development and Refinance Agency Ltd (MUDRA) in the capital. With a corpus of Rs 20,000 crore, and credit guarantee corpus of Rs 3,000 crore, MUDRA would be responsible for developing and refinancing through a Pradhan Mantri MUDRA Yojana, all micro-finance Institutions (MFIs) which are in the business of lending to micro, small business entities engaged in manufacturing, trading and service activities.

MUDRA would also partner with state, regional level coordinators to provide finance to last mile financiers of small, micro business enterprises.For the time being the Bank would work as part of SIDBI, a principal financial institution for the micro, small and medium enterprises.Modi while addressing at the launch said," People think that big industries and corporate houses provide higher employment. The truth is  only 1 crore 25 lakh people are employed with big corporate houses. On the other hand 12 crore people are employed with MSME sectors.We need to understand the energy of the bottom of the pyramid of individuals and provide them with means for upliftment. We would like to study and adopt best practices on micro financing."
He  said he believed that in one year the established banking system would also adopt the model of MUDRA.Addressing the ongoing plight of the farmers in the country, the PM assured they would get all help required and also announced that farmers will be compensated if 33 per cent of their produce is lost.”Farmers are suffering due to nature. Have taken detailed report for ministers who went to speak to farmers suffering due to unseasonal rains as well as banks to help restructure their farming model,” he said. 
Finance Minister, Arun Jaitley said the announcement of MUDRA was with the intent to help 5.77 crore MSME entrepreneurs and industries. " Close to 20 per cent of the population depends on this sector. MUDRA will help in providing resources to this large section of the society."Jayant sinha, Minister of state, finance also present at the event believed that MUDRA will help revolutionize MSME sector just as NABARD did for the agricultural sector. The approach of MUDRA is not limited to credit only, but offers a credit – plus solution for these enterprises spread across the country.

The roles envisaged for MUDRA would include:

* Laying down policy guidelines for micro enterprise financing business,
Registration of MFI entities,
* Accreditation, rating of MFI entities
* Laying down responsible financing practices to ward off over indebtedness and ensure proper client protection principles and methods of recovery  
*Development of standardised set of covenants governing last mile lending to micro enterprises
*Promoting right technology solutions for the last mile
*Formulating and running  a Credit Guarantee scheme for providing guarantees to the loans,portfolios which are being extended to micro enterprises
*Support development & promotional activities in the sector
*Creating a good architecture of last mile credit delivery to micro  businesses
*These measures to be taken up by MUDRA are targeted towards mainstreaming young, educated or skilled workers and entrepreneurs including women entrepreneurs.
 

Shishu: Covering loans upto Rs 50,000
Kishor: Covering loans above Rs 50,000/- and upto Rs 5 lakh
Tarun: Covering loans above Rs 5 lakh and upto Rs. 10 lakh

The primary product of MUDRA will be refinance for lending to micro businesses, units. The initial products and schemes under this umbrella have already been created and the interventions have been named as above.

NEW DELHI: Union minister General V K Singh ran into a fresh row on Tuesday as he was criticized by several political parties for describing the media as 'presstitutes'.

While the Congress said his comments were "deplorable" and showed his "insensitivity", the Left said they reflected the minister's mindset.

The remark, made in a tweet, followed a press briefing in Djibouti in which the former Army chief raised eyebrows for saying that visiting the Pakistani high commission was more exciting than conducting rescue operations in Yemen.

Singh is camping in Djibouti to oversee evacuation of Indians from Yemen. Apparently, he was taking a dig at a section of the media which had criticized him for attending Pakistan Day celebrations.

As social media began commenting about the remark, Singh tweeted, "Friends what do you expect from presstitutes."

Last month, Singh had raked up a controversy by tweeting with the hashtag 'DISGUST' after attending the Pakistan Day celebrations in New Delhi.

Shortly after representing the government at the national day reception at Pakistan High Commission, Singh had issued a series of intriguing tweets defining "disgust" and "duty".

New Delhi: With nearly three crore cases pending in Indian courts, Chief Justice of India HL Dattu on Sunday said a deadline has been set to ensure that the trial of a case does not go beyond five years.
"We have taken a decision that we will try our best to see that there is no case pending beyond five years. Five years will be the maximum for the old case. Beyond that no. We are trying our best," Justice Dattu said after a conference of Chief Justices of 24 High Courts and Chief Ministers in New Delhi.

He was asked whether steps have been taken to tackle the pendency of cases as several of them have been lingering for as long as 20 years.

"We have taken a decision that we will try our best to see that there is no case pending beyond five years. Five years will be the maximum for the old case. Beyond that no. We are trying our best," Justice Dattu said.

He clarified that five year deadline means that trial should end within that time. But an appeal in a higher court may take some more time.
Referring to the Supreme Court, he said "my judges are doing the best to see that the maximum life for a case in the court is not more than two years. We are making all efforts, we are taking all effective steps."
He said vacancies in judiciary was a big hurdle to deal with the issue of pendency.

Chief Justice of India HL Dattu today said a decision had been taken to set a five-year deadline for disposal of cases by trial courts as part of the efforts to reduce the backlog.

“We have taken a decision to try our best to see that no case is pending in trial courts for more than five years, though ideally it should not be more than two years,” Justice Dattu said while addressing the media along with Union Law Minister DV Sadananda Gowda at the end of the three-day conference with High Court Chief Justices. Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the last day of the meet, known as the joint conference of CJs and Chief Ministers. The first two days were restricted to CJs.

 

Asked about the PM’s suggestion that the judiciary should have a self-appraisal drill to correct its mistakes and achieve perfection, the CJI said an “in-house mechanism” was already in place and “it is effectively functioning. The high court CJs and the CJI are monitoring it.”

Responding to a question as to whether the government was satisfied with the “in-house mechanism,” Gowda said it was for the judiciary to take a view. The government did not want to meddle with the independence of the judiciary, he added.

 

Justice Dattu rejected the proposal mooted in 2014 by the then CJI RM Lodha for keeping the courts open round-the-year by devising a method under which judges could take leave whenever they wanted, instead of having fixed holidays.

Though the SC was open only for 190 days in a year, its judges were working almost on all days, either writing judgments or studying the case files. “Going by my 20 years of experience as a judge, I can certainly say that we work throughout the year, 24x7,” he said. Unless the judge-population was raised substantially, reducing the number of pending cases would be a problem, which should not be attributed to the number of working days, he said.

A press release issued by the Law Ministry did not talk of any concrete decision taken at the three-day meet. The CMs and CJs agreed to pursue the dialogue process on a continuing basis at the state level to resolve all the problems, including lack of infrastructure, it said.

“We have got our problems,” Justice Dattu said regarding vacancies. He said as compared to the population of the country, there are very less number of judges.
He also scoffed at suggestions that judges work only 190 days a year. He said these 190 days, judges work 24X7 and the rest of the time they spend at home reading and writing judgments. He said at times, they are unable to spend “fun time” with their families.
To a question on delay in finalising the Delhi gangrape case, he said now the issue is in Supreme Court and is one of the 23 death penalty cases pending.

He said in death penalty cases, the apex court is going by the year since it is pending. “As of now, it is looking at cases pending since 2012 and 2013.”
He said people have to approach court to get the matter listed out-of-turn. “The matter may take some time, but it will be settled soon,” he said.
Referring to the issues which came up at the meeting, he said the state chief justices have authorized him to take a call on having a uniform judicial service commission to appoint district judges and members to the higher judiciary.
He will now set up a committee of SC Judges to recommend him “best method and procedure” to appoint judges to higher judiciary and district courts.
Justice Dattu pointed out that some participants were of the view that written test for appointing judges in subordinate judiciary should be done away with as people fear failing in the test and they feel that it could damage their reputation as a lawyer.

But at the same time, CJI said people who cannot write will find it difficult to write judgments.
There were also strong suggestions to do away with evening courts as the issue has not caught up with litigants, he said.

The Delhi government last month had requested the Center to block web based apps of taxi operators Uber, Ola Cabs and TaxiForSure alleging that these companies were not complying with a ban order imposed by it.

 

The government is mulling blocking mobile taxi hailing apps of Uber, Ola and TaxiForSure all over the country, with the Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DEITY) seeking views from the Transport Ministry for the same.The Delhi government had requested DEITY to block such apps, but the Department found it technically impossible to do so for one particular state, and therefore, it sought “concurrence” of the transport ministry for all-India execution, a senior IT ministry official told PTI.

The official added that it is technically not possible to block an application only in Delhi and the execution can only happen at the national level.“Therefore, we have sought views of the Transport Ministry and are waiting for their reply,” the official said.When contacted, a senior official in the Road Ministry said: “We are looking into it on our own. More details will be worked out next week.”

सरकार देशभर में उबर , ओला और टैक्सी फॉर श्योर के टैक्सी App को ब्लॉक करने पर विचार कर रही है. इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग (डीईआईटीवाई) ने इस संबंध में परिवहन मंत्रालय की राय मांगी है. आईटी मंत्रालय के एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी ने बताया कि दिल्ली सरकार ने विभाग से इस तरह के एप्प बंद करने का अनुरोध किया है, लेकिन विभाग ने किसी राज्य विशेष में इसे बंद करना तकनीकी रूप से असंभव लगा और उसने अखिल भारतीय स्तर पर पर कार्यान्वयन के लिए परिवहन मंत्रालय से ‘सहमति’ मांगी है.
अधिकारी ने कहा कि केवल दिल्ली में एक एप्लीकेशन को ब्लॉक करना तकनीकी रूप से संभव नहीं है और इसका क्रियान्वयन राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर ही हो सकता है. उन्होंने कहा, 'हमने परिवहन मंत्रालय की राय मांगी है और उनसे जवाब मिलने का इंतजार कर रहे हैं.’ संपर्क किए जाने पर सड़क मंत्रालय के एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी ने कहा, 'हम खुद से इस मामले को देख रहे हैं. अगले सप्ताह और विवरण पर काम किया जाएगा.'

नई दिल्ली। सुरक्षा एजेंसियों ने दिल्ली पुलिस को अलर्ट किया है कि आतंकी संगठन जैश-ए-मोहम्मद शहर में ठीक वैसे ही 'फिदायीन' हमले को अंजाम दे सकता है, जैसा कि उसने जम्मू-कश्मीर के सांबा स्थित सैन्य शिविर पर किया था। एजेंसियों के इस अलर्ट के बाद दिल्ली पुलिस ने राजधानी में सुरक्षा बढ़ा दी है।

बताजा जा रहा है कि आतंकी जम्मू-कश्मीर के सांबा में हुए हमलों की तरह से ही दिल्ली में हमला करने की रणनीति बना रहे हैं। पिछले दिनों सांबा में हुए आतंकी हमलों में कई लोग हताहत हो गए थे, जबकि कई अन्य जख्मी हो गए थे। पिछले कुछ दिनों से आतंकी घटनाओं में इजाफा हुआ है।

बता दें कि 21 मार्च को दो फिदायीन आतंकियों ने सांबा में जम्मू-पठानकोट राजमार्ग पर स्थित एक सैन्य शिविर पर हमला बोला था। हालांकि सुरक्षाकर्मियों ने दोनों आतंकियों को मारकर इस हमले को विफल कर दिया था।

इससे ठीक पहले 20 मार्च को इसी समूह के दो फिदायीन आतंकियों ने जम्मू के कठुआ जिले में एक पुलिस चौकी पर हमला बोला था। इस हमले में तीन सुरक्षाकर्मियों और दो नागरिकों की मौत हो गई थी और एक पुलिस उपाधीक्षक समेत कुल 11 लोग घायल हो गए थे। गोलीबारी में दो आतंकी भी मारे गए थे।
