Microsoft has unleashed Windows 10 onto the world, and if you were looking to perform a clean install instead of upgrading from Windows Update, the Redmond giant has made ISO files available for download. ISOs are listed for Windows 10 Home and Pro versions.

Before you go ahead with the download, ensure you have the following:

• An internet connection (internet service provider fees may apply).
• Sufficient data storage available on a computer, USB or external drive for the download.
• A blank USB or DVD (and DVD burner) with at least 4 GB of space if you want to create media. We recommend using a blank USB or blank DVD, because any content on it will be deleted.
• Read the System Requirements.
• If you will be installing the operating system for the first time, you will need your Windows product key (xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx). For more information about product keys and when they are required, visit the FAQ page.

You can run the following command in CMD to find the product key associated with your Windows installation: wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey.

Microsoft Releases Windows 10 ISO Files for Clean Install

 Microsoft has released Windows 10 ISO files for performing a clean install on your PCs. It should be noted that not everyone is able to get the update on release as Microsoft is releasing the OS in phases. Take a look at where to find Windows 10 ISO files and how to download it.

Microsoft has just released the highly anticipated Windows 10 operating system and fossBytes has been telling you how to get Windows 10 upgrade and other related things from time to time. This upgrade is available to all the eligible Windows 7 and Windows 8 users. But, not everyone has got their piece of the Windows 10 cake as Microsoft is rolling out the Windows 10 update in phases.

Now, Microsoft has released the Windows 10 ISO files. So, you can download the Windows 10 ISO and perform a clean install.

Enclaves swapped in landmark India-Bangladesh border deal

The enclaves, a legacy of colonial times, have been a contentious issue for decades

India and Bangladesh have swapped control of some 160 small pockets of land on each other's territory.

The enclaves, home to some 50,000 people, were created through local peace treaties in the 18th Century.
New national flags were to be hoisted as a landmark accord between the two countries came into effect at midnight local time on Friday.
Residents were asked to choose where they wanted to live and which nationality they would prefer.
Most of the people living in the enclaves - 111 in Bangladesh and 51 in India - will stay where they are, but change nationality.
The enclaves endured through British colonial rule and the independence first of India and more recently Bangladesh.
After the partition of India in 1947, their inhabitants remained where they were - residents of one country but located inside the other.
For six decades they have been treated as in effect stateless, but the agreement between India and Bangladesh means they will now finally gain a proper identity.
Hitherto residents have had difficulty getting access to basic facilities such as education.

In the Moshaldanga enclave, a five-year-old boy named Jihad Hussein Obama epitomises the freedom its citizens hope to experience now that the territories have been swapped.
He is the first child to be born at an Indian hospital - with his real parents' name and location on the records.
Bangladeshi enclave dwellers have had to usually fabricate their names and addresses to get treatment at Indian hospitals or even get admitted to Indian schools and colleges.
His mother, Asma Bibi, said: "I was in labour pain and my husband took me to a hospital at closest Indian town of Dinhata. But the doctors refused to even see me saying I am a Bangladeshi and I am not supposed to get treatment there. I decided not to hide my identity that I am from an enclave."
A verbal duel ensued which finally saw thousands of enclave dwellers gathered at the hospital.
"After much pressure, my wife was admitted and Jihad was born - with our names registered at the hospital as his parents. This is the first time a baby was born in the enclaves with his real parents' name. Even my two elder kids were born with someone else's name as their parents. Officially I am not their father", said Shahjahan Sheikh.

The overwhelming majority of people living in Indian enclaves in Bangladesh opted for Bangladeshi citizenship,news agency reported.
But nearly 1,000 chose to keep their Indian nationality, meaning they will leave their homes by November for India and be resettled in the state of West Bengal.
In India, all the Bangladeshis living in the 51 Bangladesh enclaves decided to switch nationalities.
Bangladesh endorsed a deal with India in 1974 in a bid to dissolve the pockets, but India only signed the final agreement in June when Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Dhaka

देश में अच्छे अर्थशास्त्रियों की कमी है. यह बात कोई और नहीं खुद रिजर्व बैंक ऑफ इंडिया (RBI) के गवर्नर रघुराम जी राजन ने कही. राजन ने मेघनाद देसाई अकादमी आफ इकनामिक्स का उद्घाटन करते हुए कहा कि बेहतर अर्थशास्त्री न होने की वजह से देश में बेहतर पालिसी बनाना बेहद मुश्किल भरा काम हो गया है.

  निराश है राजन!
आईआईएम अहमदाबाद के गोल्ड मेडलिस्ट रघुराम राजन ने  कहा न जाने कहां सारी प्रतिभाएं खो गई हैं. अच्छी और इनोवेटिव सोच न होने की वजह से पालिसी क्रिएशन दूभर हो गया है. राजन ने कहा कि वह दिन भर के कामकाज को देखते है और इन सारे कामों से बेहद निराश हैं. राजन ने निराशा के भाव में कहा कि हमने अर्थशास्त्रियों की एक पूरी पीढ़ी खो दी है.
 
समझना है जरूरी
राजान ने आगे बोलते हुआ कहा कि दिल्ली, मुंबई और पूरे देश में अच्छे अर्थशास्त्रियों की जरूरत है. ऐसे लोग जो लॉजिकल हो और चीजों को समझ सकते हो. राजन ने बेहद ख़ूबसूरती से समझाया कि अर्थशास्त्र की पूरी बुनियाद 'समझने की जरुरत' पर टिकी है. मूल्य सिद्धान्त तथा सामान्य संतुलन को समझना बेहद जरूरी है.
कई पालिसियां इन आधारभूत सिद्धांत को अनदेखा कर ही बना दी जाती हैं और बाद में प्रॉब्लम होती है. एक बेहतर पालिसी किसी अर्थशास्त्री का सबसे बड़ा योगदान हो सकती हैं. याद रहे राजन इससे पहले इंटरनेशनल मॉनिटरी फंड (IMF) के चीफ इकोनॉमिस्ट रह चुके है. इनके पास दुनिया की नंबर 1 यूनिवर्सिटी मेसाचुसेट्स इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ टेक्नोलॉजी (MIT) से डॉक्टरेट की उपाधि भी है.

रेमन मैग्सेसे पुरस्कार विजेता संजीव चतुर्वेदी ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के आड़े हाथों लिया है. उन्होंने प्रधानमंत्री दफ्तर (पीएमओ) पर आरोप लगाया है कि उसने हरियाणा और एम्स में उनके भ्रष्टाचार विरोधी अभियान में साथ नहीं दिया. हरियाणा के 2002 बैच के अधिकारी संजीव चतुर्वेदी एम्स में कई भ्रष्टाचार के मामलों को उजागर करने के लिए जाने जाते हैं और पिछले साल जब उन्हें एम्स के सीवीओ पद से हटाया गया तो बड़ा विवाद हुआ था. इसके लिए मोदी सरकार के स्वास्थ्य मंत्री जेपी नड्डा पर आरोप लगाए गए थे. 

'मैंने मोदी के नारे को उसी रूप में लिया'
उन्होंने कहा, 'जब मैं हरियाणा व एम्स में भ्रष्टाचार से जंग लड़ रहा था, तो मेरे खिलाफ तरह-तरह की झूठी बातें फैलाई गईं.' चतुर्वेदी ने कहा, 'मेरी गलती यह थी कि मैं भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ जंग के दौरान मैंने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के 'न खाऊंगा, न खाने दूंगा' के नारे को उसी रूप में ले लिया, जिस रूप में यह प्रतिध्वनित होता है.'
मैग्सेसे फाउंडेशन ने बुधवार को चतुर्वेदी और सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता अंशु गुप्ता को साल 2015 का मैग्सेसे अवॉर्ड दिए जाने की घोषणा की. इसके बाद चतुर्वेदी ने एक टीवी चैनल से कहा, 'पीएमओ ने भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ जंग में साथ नहीं दिया.' एम्स के सतर्कता अधिकारी रह चुके चतुर्वेदी ने कहा, 'असहिष्णु रवैया भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ होना चाहिए, न कि ईमानदार अधिकारियों के खिलाफ.'
