- Use the box that says “New users register here”
- Enter your district,area, Mobile number and enter the code given in the image
- Hit the proceed button
- After successful registration, you need to login
- Enter your mobile number, district and password and get logged in
- Now you need to fill in the application form for new ration card in UP
- Enter all the details required and upload required documents
- After successfully entering the details, submit the application form
