'इंडिया न्यूज' चैनल की अमानवीयता से नाराज चार पत्रकारों ने दिया इस्तीफा Read Resignation Letter

रोहित कुमार के पिता बीमार थे. उन्होंने छुट्टी के लिए आवेदन किया. इंडिया न्यूज प्रबंधन ने रोहित की तनख्वाह काट ली जबकि रोहित की कई तरह की छुट्टियां बची हुई थीं. मेडिकल लीव भी बकाया था. पर पैसे के लालची आजकल के चैनल वालों को बस किसी तरह आम पत्रकारों का शोषण करना दिखता है. रोहित कुमार ने इंडिया न्यूज चैनल की अमानवीयता से नाराज होकर इस्तीफा दे दिया. उनके साथ उनके समर्थन में तीन और पत्रकारों अभिषेक कुमार (असिस्टेंट प्रोड्यूसर), अनंत विश्वकर्मा (एसोसिएट प्रोड्यूसर) और हिमांशु तिवारी (सीनियर प्रोड्यूसर) ने भी इस्तीफा दे दिया.


रोहित कुमार ने अपने इस्तीफे को लेकर इंडिया न्यूज प्रबंधन को जो पत्र भेजा है, वह इस प्रकार है...

Sir,

With all due respect i would like to inform u about my incoviniece of continuing my work with ur organisation. As I had informed u that my father was severly ill and he was admitted and kept under observation for last 20 days. I had to stay in hospital for respective period of time. I was on leave from 12th june 2012 to 29th june and i joined office on 30 june 2014.

My salary was deducted for the month of june even when my medical leaves are still pending. In this concern HR departement gave me a reason and informed me that i do not have any more leaves left.

Sir, and as far as money is concerned i hope u understand that it is quite difficult to manage all the necessities in such a small amount. And i hope u understand that family is equally important as far as work and time is concerned.

This is something that i found unfair done to me in the situation. So i would like to handover my resignation to you. I had a good working experience with your organisation. I learnt alot here.

Kindly grant me my resignation at ur earliest. I will be really greatful to u.
